Materials Used:
All Heavy Duty Bumpers are built using thick 3/16 steel, and
mounts are 3/8 steel
Brush Guard:
Middle Guard is made from round tube 2.5 X .120 cold
roll, and sides are round 1.25 X .120 hot roll.
Bumper Removal & Installation:
These times reflect an installer that is experienced.
Installation:
Chev. Bumper without lights usually takes 1 hour.
Ford Bumper without lights usually takes 1.5 hrs.
Dodge Bumper without lights usually takes 2.5 hrs.
To install a Winch
it takes an additional 2 hr. and 1/2, (if again
there are no complications)
Powder Coating:
We use a very reputable powder coating company in
Bend. They will match to any color code or preference
that you choose.
The powders that are
used are cardinal industrial finishes.
We recommend
different powder coatings:
- Silver vein with
gloss clear coat
- Copper vein
- Black hammer with
gloss clear coat
- There are also
other powders available to choose from, depending on
your preference.
