Heavy Duty Steel Front Bumpers for Ford, Dodge, and Chevy Trucks
We build ranch style, Heavy Duty style and Winch style bumpers. All of our steel front bumpers are manufactured with 3/16" steel and mounts are 3/8" steel that bolt through existing holes (no drilling). Our mounts enforce the protection of our front bumper.
We sell all truck bumpers powder coated with your choice of colors, or may be purchased as raw steel. Bumpers are sold with brushguards, or optionally without.
Bumper Options

Materials Used
All Heavy Duty Truck Bumpers are built using thick 3/16 steel, and mounts are 3/8 steel. Mount thickness is important for front truck protection.
Brush Guard Construction
Middle Brush Guard is made from round tube 2.5 X .120 cold roll, and sides are round 1.25 X .120 hot roll.
Front Bumper Removal & Installation
- Chevy Bumper without lights usually takes 1 hour.
- Ford Bumper without lights usually takes 1.5 hrs.
- Dodge Bumper without lights usually takes 2.5 hrs.
- Winch installation takes approximately an additional 2 1/2 hours (if there are no complications).

Powder Coating
We use a very reputable powder coating company in Bend. They will match any color code or preference that you choose. The powders that are used are cardinal industrial finishes.
We recommend the following different powder coatings:
- Silver vein with gloss clear coat
- Black hammer with gloss clear coat
- There are also other powders available to choose from, depending on your preference.

- WARN M-SERIES 8,000 to 15,000 -16.5k Requires modification to the top of Bumper prior to Powder Coating
- T-MAX TMEW 8,500 to 11,000 - Must Re-Locate Electric Box to Side Mount of Motor
- T-MAX OUTBACK EW 9,000W, 10,000W, 12,500W - Must Re-Locate Electric Box to Side Mount of Motor
- RAMSEY Patriot 15,000k
